Day 1 : Saigon Arrival

Pick up at the airport and transfer to Central of Saigon for check in and free day .,,

Day 2 : Saigon Motorbike to Mekong delta – Ben Tre .

Morning, our guide with motorbikes will pick you up at your hotel in Saigon and depart to Can Duoc, belongs to Long An Province on dirty off-roads. This town is known as the land of jasmine rice, sticky rice in the country. Take a short ride westward to visit Ancient Rach Cat Fortress, one of greatest fortress in Vietnam built in 1903 by French.,Then ride eastward to visit an ancient house with 100 columns. Here we will enjoy tea and fruits offered by the owner of the ancient house. Continue riding to Cho Gao (or Rice Market), passing through quaint villages and dragon fruit farms.,Arrive in My Tho – the heart of the Mekong Delta, stop by the bank of Tien Giang River. Have lunch then take a boat trip on Mekong River to Ben Tre. En-route visit some local families, taste honey-bee and enjoy fruits then visit some workshops producing coconut candy.,

Day 3 : Ben Tre to Soc Trang .

After breakfast with the friendly host, start to ride from your home-stay to Mo Cay, ride through coconut plantation, water palm fields and cross Co Chien River by ferry to Tra Vinh city.,Arrive at Tra Vinh City – a pretty tree lined town with a large population of ethnic Khmer, have lunch at a local restaurant then take a short break. In the afternoon, pass Khmer villages & short pause at Khmer temples before riding to Cau Quan and take ferry to the small beautiful Island named “Cu Lao Dung”. On unpaved roads with tiny orchards along riverside, we can stop a while for break & taking photo then do riding further 3 km to another ferry to Dai Ngai, Soc Trang province.,

Day 4 :Soc Trang to Can Tho .

In the morning, take a short city tour of Soc Trang to visit Khmer Museum, Clay Pagoda, and Bat pagoda where hundreds of bat hanging on the top of the trees before taking rural roads to Can Tho. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.,Arrival Can Tho city, we continue riding 10kms to Cai Son canal for home stay. Check in then take a slow ride along the path of fruit orchards and sometimes you may also hear the birds singing, cocks warbling at sunset. Pay visits at one orchard, small woodwork shop, tree garden laden with fruits, rice fields. On the village roads, we may catch many interesting scene of children bathing in the river, ladies rowing boat to bring fruits home after harvest. This is a great time to enjoy the full of plainness, quietness of the southern countryside and hospitality of the Mekong delta locals. When night gradually falls, ride back to the local house for home stay. ,

Day 5 : Can Tho to Long Xuyen

wake up early for simple breakfast with Vietnamese coffee (with or without condense milk). Take a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market, one of the busiest fruit market in Southeast Asia. We have a long distance cruise & walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the locals as they go about their daily routine.,Back to homestay for check out. Then we will ride back to Can Tho city for a short visit at Can Tho central market and Binh Thuy ancient house whose design is a combination of Vietnam and France with interesting involved stories but also a garden with various flowers and fruits, including a wide range of orchids and a record cactus.,Late morning, we depart Can Tho and head to Long Xuyen City with stops at Thot Not’s crafts village & famous Bang Lang Stork Garden. First stop en route is the crafts villages of Thot Not District such as Di Tho lop village (Lop is a tool made of bamboo to catch fishes), Ba Rui cookstove (made of clay) village, and Thom Rom net village. Then next stop is at Bang Lang Sanctuary of Thousands of Storks.,

Day 6 : Long Xuyen Back to Saigon

Morning, we will leave our motorbikes at hotels and try a “xe loi”, the local colonial-era cab pulled by motorbike, to see the town before back to hotel and continue on our “steel horses” to ride on back roads and little track by waterway to Ho Chi Minh City via Cao Lanh town. On the way, we will do a pause at Xeo Quyt Revolutionary Base, an old former soldier will be your local guide and take you into the boundless watery cajeput by rowing a boat. Lunch in Xeo Quyt restaurant, After lunch, continue heading to Saigon via Cai Be Dist.

The trip concludes at your hotel.,

Day 7 : Saigon City Tour ( B , L )

Depart from your hotel to Giac Lam pagoda built in the 17th century and is one of the oldest temples in the city. Then visiting Chinatown, Cho Lon (Binh Tay) market, not only seeing the locals bartering, purchasing and selling merchandises at the market but also seeing a rich and diverse Chinese culture that is subtle yet distinctive from other parts of the city. Stopping at Thien Hau Lady temple that was built in the early 19th century dedicated to Thien Hau – Goddess of seafarers. Travelling along the Saigon Riverside to overview Nha Rong wharf where Ho Chi Minh President first left Vietnam in 1911. Returning back to TheSinhTourist office and having free time for lunch at own expense.,,02:15PM Visiting War Remnants Museum – originally opened in September 1975; it displays old military equipment and other related items from Vietnam War. The journey northwards begins as we depart Ho Chi Minh and pass through tea and coffee plantations to Bao Loc. On the way stops to visit the green tea farms, the cascade waterfall, Pongour, mushroom farms, silkworm villages and silk processing chains, coffee plantations, vegetable and flower farms.,Arrive in Bao Loc.Overnight in Bao Loc.,,

Day 9 : Bao Loc to Dalat city (Lam Dong) ( 140 km – 4,5 hours ride) (B/L/)

Leaving Bao Loc for Dalat, visit the green tea farms, the cascade waterfall, Pongour, mushroom farms, silkworm villages and silk processing chains, coffee plantations, vegetable and flower farms.,Arrive in Dalat around 3 p.m.,The rest of time, we will ride our bikes to explore the best highlights of Da Lat.,Overnight at hotel in Da Lat.,,

Day 10 : Da Lat to Nha Trang ~ 210 km (B/L/)

Today we enjoy a ride through the charming pine hill to the summer residence of Vietnam’s last Emperor Bao Dai. He was forced to abdicate in 1945, shortly after the end of the World War II. This mansion displays a lovely collection of Vietnam treasures. We follow it with a trip to the sacred Lam Ty Ni Pagoda and the Hang Nga Guesthouse. This construction is well known as the Crazy House because of its bizarre architecture.,The lively central market and the old rail station are also visited before we travel by roads passing through the undulating terrains to the picturesque coastal town of Nha Trang. En route we make stopover at the scenic Ngoan Muc Pass and the Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers. These amazing structures represent an interesting culture and a colorful history of the Cham people in central coast areas.,O/N in Nha Trang.

Day 11 : Nha Trang visit 4 island by boat (B/L/-)

Breakfast at the hotel. Take the morning boat trip to visit the Tri Nguyen Aquarium and the off-shore islands around Nha Trang, including Mun Mot island. Enjoy swimming and beach activities. Continue driving through the peaceful countryside, rice fields, salt fields at Sa Huynh and beautiful hills and along beautiful coast to Quy Nhon city By the end of day, we’ll arrive Hoi An which was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down centuries by a myriad of traders from various cultures

Day 17: Hue to DMZ & Khe Sanh (B/L/D)

Departing from Hue we ride along highway 1 to Quang Tri town, visiting Long Hung Church and Quang Tri Old Citadel which was a battlefield in 1972 between North and South Vietnam for 81 days and nights. Then, we will ride along the coast from Cua Viet Beach to Cua Tung Beach a long stretch of beautiful and peaceful coastline. Next we visit the Vinh Moc tunnels and explore the Demilitarized Zone, stopping for lunch at the Doc Mieu Firebase. ,In the afternoon we will have short stop at Truong Son cemetary to pay respects to the soldiers who fought and died on the trail during the American War. Continuing west on highway 9, we will climb into the Truong Son foothills, pass the Rock Pile and stop at some villages and beautiful natural springs and waterfalls near the highway.,Approx 5pm we arrive in Khe Sanh which was established as a forward base by General Westmoreland near Laos to secure highway 9. Day 20: Tan Ky to Cuc Phuong National Park (B/L/D)

Established in 1962, Cuc Phuong is the oldest national park in Vietnam. Cuc Phuong boasts engaging cultural and wildlife heritage and enchanting scenery. Magnificent limestone mountains rise up majestically from the green rice-terraces and traditional stilt houses of the Muong hill-tribe. Day 21: Cuc Phuong to Mai Chau valley (B/L/D)

Our destination today is Mai Chau, a chain of villages surrounded by a lush green valley with stilt houses bordering both sides of the roads. Many minorities, including the White Thai ethnic group, live in Mai Chau. Tonight we stay in a traditional Thai stilt house in one of the villages and you have the option of attending a Thai folk show.

Day 22 : Mai Chau – Phu Yen. 140 km ( B , L , D )

Today is our relaxing day . We can start the day with a easy walk around the village or be lazy with a waking up café . After saying goodbye to the Thai people we ride to the direction of Moc Chau and turn to the less traveled Road 43 leading to the Da River. After crossing the reservoir of Da river at Van Yen ferry, we ride on a beautiful winding roads until Phu Yen where we stay overnight.,Hotel stay in Phu Yen

Day 23: Phu Yen – Son La. 160 km ( B , L , D )

Continuing on the almost empty Road 37 we enter mountains heavily populated with Black Thai people, who work on large terraced rice fields. The winding road passes through many Thai villages and fields and provides a great opportunity to watch country life passing by. We continue through rolling hills before rising up to the sugar cane growing areas on the cooler Son La plateau.,Overnight in Son La – Hotel stay.,

Day 24: Son La – Tuan Giao. 140 km ( B , L , D )

After breakfast, we head to northwest from Son La, the road crosses a series of mountain passes and areas of busy Black Thai activity. Children walk to school, kids tend buffaloes, women plant rice seedlings and men pull the buffalo. Just ride slowly and enjoy the good motorbike ride on a small, quiet and winding road between green mountains , Then we come to the beginning of the very long and steep Pha Din pass where at the top we have vast views of the surrounding mountains, then down the other side on very steep sealed road.,Overnight in Tuan Giao.

Day 25: Tuan Giao – Sin Ho. 180 km ( B , L , D )

Keep heading to northwest from Tuan Giao the road passes isolated communities of Hmong and Thai people, whose small villages settle on the banks of dark green rivers and on the steep slopes of the mountains. After lunch by a forest stream the road begins to climb up the high Sa Tong pass. At the top for sunset before dropping sharply into the deep Lai Chau valley. Muong Lay town was sunk in early 2010 and our new place for overnighting is Sin Ho, a small remote town.,Overnight in Sin Ho.

Day 26: Sin Ho – Sapa. 120 km ( B , L , D )

Before starting the day, As experienced guides, we suggest to get your cameras ready because we will ride on one of the most beautiful mountain passes in Vietnam and the motorbike tour to Sapa today is the best motorbike ride in north Vietnam. We will head straight toward the main Fansipan Mountain range. There is also the option for a very challenging back route which takes us through several river crossings. The massive mountain range dominates the road until finally we must make a splendid climb up from Binh Lu and up to the top of the highest road pass in Vietnam (Tram Ton Pass). Crossing into Lao Cai Province at over 2,000m the views looks out over the main range for miles and miles, before we descend to the mountainous Sa Pa valley.,Overnight in Sapa.

Day 27: Fresh Body Up in Sapa ( B )

Depending on the group’s mood, we can either take it easy in Sa Pa town, or make excursions back to the top of the highest pass in Vietnam, or down deep into the amazing Sapa valley. All options are dominated by the crest of the enormous Fansipan mountain range. The entire region is populated by Hmong, Giay, Tay and Dao people. Day 28: Sapa – Luc Yen. 180 Km ( B , L , D )

Ride down from Sapa and then through palm forest all the way to Luc Yen and stay in a Dao family who live in the Tay territory. It’s a great home stay, very typical of Vietnam hill tribes and the hosts are very welcoming.,Overnight in Luc Yen.

Day 29: Luc Yen – Vu Linh. 80 Km ( B , L , D)

It’s a relaxing ride on a winding road with a nice mountain and lake view . We finish the day by noon at the village of the Dzao people who located on the Thac Ba lake bank.,After lunch, taking a boat trip around the biggest man-made lake in Vietnam should be a wonderful choice. You will have chance to see Halong bay on mountain area.,Overnight in Vu Linh.

Day 30: Vu Linh – Hanoi. 180 km ( B , L ).

After breakfast we cruise southeast on Highway 2 and then branch off to the sleepy town of Phu Tho. We follow the edge of the Red River along the dyke, almost to the point where it merges with the Black River after which they flow together to Hanoi. By now we are very much in the lowlands of the delta plains and the north’s main agricultural areas. Harvest time here is a sea of activity. Crossing the Black River by bridge, we pass through Son Tay and then return to Hanoi on the highway. Finish the best 10 day Vietnam motorbike tour to Northwest safely before rush hours.
