While the freshness and novelty of tourism in these countries is part of the appeal to many visitors, others might see things differently. It is important to recognize that the level of service and standards in some areas while improving, is not yet comparable to service standards in more mature travel destinations.
* The information contained in these Terms & Conditions is part of your contract with us. Once we have accepted your reservation and you have paid your deposit there will be a legally binding contract between us.
* It is your responsibility to read these Terms & Conditions carefully and if you do not understand them you must contact us for further information.
www.vietnammotorbike-tours.com is a division of Indochina Holidays Travel company that specializes in both motorbike adventure tours, cycling, and trekking whose registered office is at the head office in Travel house No 25 – TT 13 Van Phu, Ha Dong, Ha Noi, Vietnam, and representative offices in Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Siem Reap, Luang Prabang, Chieng Mai, Yangon, India, and the Philippines.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Indochina Holidays Travel Company. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
Tour price is net and quoted in American dollars per person and included detail in the confirmation itinerary.
Deposit requirement:
When a booking has been confirmed a deposit of 20 % is required immediately for the total tour cost. Please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable. The final payment will be received in Indochina Holidays Travel company’s office or your hotel upon arrival in USD cash to reduce any bank fees or by bank transfer a month before departure. Your booking will be confirmed after the Indochina Holidays Travel company has received a 20% deposit from you. The confirmation and agreement of booking between us must be in writing via email.
When your booking has been confirmed and your deposit has been done then your tour cost will be fixed if the inflation is a rise in the general level of prices of goods and services in an economy over some time. Indochina Holidays Travel company must be carried out as its planed.
Indochina Holidays Travel company’s bank account received in USD only.
Clients will cover all fees of money transfer to the bank accounts of Indochina Holidays Travel company following bank fees as. 2.5 % by bank transfer – 4.5% by PayPal – 3.5 % by the payment gateway of OnePay or 9Pay.

Cancellation and refunds:
- No refunds in case of bad weather conditions and customers’ personal reasons . Tour may be delayed by adverse weather conditions, but we take no responsibility in case of tour cancellation.
- If you are found to break any of the rules without the prior exception from the tour leader, there will be a warning after which we can cancel the tour and you will have to travel back to city by yourself.
- If your bike has a technical brake down, we will replace it with the same type of bike and our guide/mechanic will attempt to fix your bike within a day. For technical reason, your tour may be shortened, you will get refund for the day you can not finish.
- If you need to cancel your booking, you have the option to postpone to another time or transfer it to another person. Please note that you will be responsible for any associated administration costs, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your nominee pays the full amount.
Complaints Procedure: We is ready here to offer you the best possible service on your journey, ensuring you have a motorcycle trip of life; However, if you have a complaint during your expedition, please notify your tour leader immediately in order to rectify the situation.If your complaint was unresolved, then a direct call to the office will help us to resolve any problem. If you have any other comment or suggestion, please send them to us via email. We are very open to hear from you to improve our service to you.
Customers' responsibilities : Participants’ booking are accepted on the understanding that they realize the risks and hazards associated with motorcycle activities, include personal injury, physical exertion, risks associated with altitude and inconvenience when travelling through remote areas, and knowing that access to evacuation may not be readily available. You accept and consent to the personal risks inherent in the implementation of this Contract and, accept the limitations of our company liability set out herein as being reasonable. You have to take care of your own travel insurance.
In alignment with your expedition booking with us you agree to give authority to your expedition leader during your travel, where decisions may be needed for the benefit and safety of everyone.
If you damage/break our bikes, we will charge you to replace/fix the bike depending on the extent of the damage( with the best price).
Tourists are responsible for traffic safety according to Vietnamese law. Also tourists are responsible for the costs of accidents and violations of Vietnam's traffic safety laws.
Our Responsibilities:
- Indochina Holidays Travel company and the leading adventure operator in Vietnam and Southern Asia, specializing in cycling, trekking, motorbike adventure tours would like to advise you that, the schedule of flight are subject to change by any airline company without prior notification due to weather conditions
- Indochina Holidays Travel company can not fully guarantee that the proposed itinerary can be carried out as planned. In cases of schedule changes or cancellation of flights, the Indochina Holidays Travel company will try its best to arrange a flight for boarding or arrange an alternate itinerary.
- Once your trip has been confirmed as the prices are fixed and a 20% of your tour costs have been received by the Indochina Holidays Travel company. Then your trips will be guaranteed to depart.
We will be responsible for providing you everything that is included in the tour price. Our guide with our support will help you in any situation on the way. In case of an emergency, we will contact the people nominated by you in the disclaimer paper (e.g.: your family or insurance company).
